Nutrition & Health Disclaimer

Last updated 22 September 2026

Vayloza provides general food-planning information, not medical advice.

Diet modes such as keto, low-carb, vegan, carnivore, fasting or bodybuilding modes describe planning preferences. Their presence in the app is not an endorsement or a claim that they are safe or appropriate for every person.

Medical or therapeutic diets

Do not rely on Vayloza to diagnose, treat or manage a medical condition. Get qualified advice before making material dietary changes if you have diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disease, an eating-disorder history, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication affected by food intake, or have another condition where diet matters clinically.

Allergies

Vayloza can exclude meal templates that match allergy words you enter, but it does not inspect factories, kitchens or cross-contamination statements. For a severe allergy, always check the product package and relevant professional guidance.

Nutrition estimates

Calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat values are estimates. Values vary by brand, recipe, raw/cooked weight, serving size and preparation. Receipt text alone is not a complete nutrition label.

Emergency situations

Vayloza is not designed for urgent health decisions. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, use your local emergency service.
