Subscription Terms

Creating a Vayloza account starts a 7-day trial. Paid billing does not start merely because you create the trial account. You start a paid subscription only by choosing the subscription setup and completing Stripe Checkout.
Price
For the current NZ/AU launch, paid access is NZ$4.99 per month for New Zealand accounts and AU$4.99 per month for Australian accounts, subject to the amount and currency shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm.
Renewal
A paid subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe charges the payment method associated with the subscription according to the billing cycle shown at checkout and in your billing portal.
Using the trial when you subscribe early
If you set up paid billing while trial time remains, Vayloza is designed to preserve the remaining trial period rather than silently starting a new extra seven-day trial.
Cancellation
You can open Settings → Manage / cancel billing. The Stripe customer portal allows cancellation. Current configuration cancels at the end of the paid billing period, so access ordinarily continues until that period ends. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe and/or Vayloza may request an updated payment method and access may be limited if the subscription is no longer active.
Billing records
Stripe provides payment-method management and invoice/payment history in the customer portal. Vayloza stores Stripe identifiers and subscription status needed to provide access, not raw card numbers.
